Positions: Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Instructor, Operations Sergeant, LAN Manager/Computer system support tech.

Managed local operations of the Academy network. As Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO), issued access passwords, set up new user access, monitored system security, and performed system troubleshooting from access to computer repairs. Designed a MS Access database utilized in all operation of the academy from enrollment to graduation, which saved hundreds of man-hours of work. Installed a Peer to Peer network between seven offices which automated the academy and for the first time which allowed file sharing and the usage of the newly created data base. Supervised the personnel operations of the Fort Sill Leadership Academy. Received work objectives. Prepared and disseminated work schedules, operating procedures, and instructions. Wrote technical and personnel reports.

Designed and implemented a MS Access data base used to collect organizational data which reduced the number of man hours it took to create reports. Supervised between 12 to 20 personnel. Accomplished all assigned work objectives. Made work assignments and supervised job performance. Ensured work was done in a safe manner and in accordance with required procedures. Trained in job performance skills. Wrote technical and personnel reports. Managed the maintenance and operations of over 11 million dollars worth of equipment.

Responsible for managing personnel and equipment security requirements for an organization with over 300 personnel. Prepared and submitted paperwork to update security clearances. Briefed senior management on all security matters.

Completed Oklahoma Law Enforcement Training. Commissioned as a Sheriffs Deputy Reserve Officer. Assisted full time deputies while conducting county patrolling duties, worked in the legal department, trained with the dispatcher, and assisted the investigations section. Have provided assistance in security for several local events. Worked full time in the jail section as a corrections officer processing detainees in and out of the county jail. Maintained discipline, supervised feeding, supervised cell clean up, and laundry. Maintained the jail computer systems and helped in the management of the Sheriffs' Department Local Area Network (LAN).
